The overpowering smell of cleaning products upon entering the room was overwhelming!!! A thorough cleaning of the bathroom and a closer inspection of room maintenance are definitely in order!!! Please address the aging kitchen appliances for safety reasons!!!

When I called the front desk for help, the staff was rude and insisted I come down myself despite my attire. It took a manager's intervention to resolve the issue, but it left me feeling disgusted and unwelcome. Breakfast was subpar, with stale food options that were hard to eat.
